I started at a web development bootcamp in Mexico City and I have more than a decade of craft behind me: Playbusiness, Beek (Y Combinator), Gorilla Logic, and Luzid, in San Francisco. Today I direct Costa Digital from Casa Tech in Barranquilla, I'm Founding Partner at Caribe Ventures, and I lead Google Developer Group Barranquilla.

Magical realism, now with code
García Márquez wrote that reality could stretch until it touched the impossible. The world called it magical realism. In the Caribbean it was always, simply, the way we see things.
That same magic is still happening in this territory. We are just writing it with different material: code, artificial intelligence, machines that think. The spell now takes the shape of a prompt. What looked like science fiction a decade ago is product today.
